She also provides comprehensive counseling to national and international corporations engaged in a broad range of industries that already do or plan to do business in the United States or in Latin America.

Alejandra received her Juris Doctor Degree from St Thomas University School of Law, Miami, and her master’s in laws in Global Law and Technology from Suffolk University Law School, Boston.

She is licensed to practice real estate & business law in Miami in the State of Florida, and Venezuela.
